E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

CARTIER MEXICO

MAIN PURPOSE

The Digital Operations Coordinator is responsible of coordinating all operations online and offline relative to Cartier Mexico E-commerce activity. As an additional responsibility, also provides the necessary support and control to Retail Partners in their website operations, either if they operate e-commerce or not.

Key ResponsibilitIES

Cartier Mexico E-commerce platform
  • Meets sales target and profitability budget related to the E commerce activity
  • Collaborate actively with the Media Manager and CRM Manager to action plans definition in order to reach E-commerce channel objectives set by ExCo
  • Delivers a seamless customer experience from browsing to product delivery.
  • Lead the daily operations with our supplier named Infracommerce
  • Be in constant communication with HQ teams in order to be aligned with brand guidelines


Retail Partners website
  • Strick control of Cartier image on all Retail Partners Website and Social Medias (Instagram and Facebook notably)
  • Provide to partners up-to-date contents for their website (all pieces of information regarding Products, Banners, Collection edito, etc.)
  • Provide support and guidance to Retail Partners that aim to go E-commerce with Cartier, including through evaluation requirements defined by International teams


Reporting
  • Weekly report regarding the performance of the channel (average basket, product mix, seasonality, conversion rate, etc....)
  • For Retail Partners operating E-Commerce, work with them to have all sales reported in our tracking tools (=Booster for Sales and Extranet for Analytics)
  • Monthly in deep reports of the overall behavior of Mexico E-commerce (Internally + Market)


Market Intelligence
  • Competitive benchmark on Mexico market to deliver best in class recommendations
