HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Partner with the HR team to create an engaged talent centric employee experience.
- Establish trustful relationships with employees through proximity and warm hospitality.
- Ensure that HR data and systems are accurate and well maintained.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in various projects which also provides you more opportunity of exposure and growth.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You have strong knowledge of the local regulations and at least 4 - 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience.
- Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also thrive under pressure and able to demonstrate strong operational abilities to the team.
- The team enjoys working with you because of your positive mindset and inspiring attitude.
