We are in a very exciting scale-up phase with our service Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS) and are looking for support to get to the next level. As one of the cornerstones of the Zalando Strategy, we play an integral role in the successful platform transformation. You will join a quickly growing team, which provides an interface between our Partner Program, Technology and Logistics. As a Project Manager, you will tackle a variety of projects and deliver innovative solutions for our customers and partners under the Zalando platform strategy. The topics range across many different fields, such as piloting new features with partners, entering new markets, improving existing processes and many more

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Lead projects taking an end-to-end approach, reliably delivering these cross-departmental initiatives. You will prioritize for business value and challenge the status quo
- Together with the Account Management, Operational and Tech teams, identify and drive various initiatives to further improve the ZFS service for our partners
- Bring in and involve the right people to make projects happen and build relationships with key stakeholders outside ZFS
- Work on strategic and operational topics for ZFS and its partners and never lose sight of the big picture and important deadlines
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in managing logistics or operations projects
- Proven track of successful projects delivered with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, changing environment
- High level of proactiveness in solving complex situations, ability to deal with uncertainty and to handle multiple projects at the same time
- A true team player, who is committed to achieving common results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
