The Associate Regional Director will be responsible for driving sales and product acquisition by managing the company's new business acquisition and existing client base.  You are dedicated to your team's success and will work with your managers to increase new consignor growth to hit monthly sales quotas. Must possess the ability to analyze reports, uncover areas of improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement the strategies to ensure the team is performing at a high level.

  • Driving team members to engage and cultivate the existing consignor base, while increasing new consignor growth to hit monthly sales quotas
  • Develops and implements sales strategy to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Direct and assist in securing luxury product from discerning clientele to meet monthly quotas
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure sales quotas are achieved
  • Liaison between the Sales team and Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to offer support and problem solve.
  • Directs prospecting development activity and coordinates sales activities by establishing sales opportunities, quotas, and goals
  • Advise and support sales and prospecting techniques to generate new business and achieve monthly quotas
  • Represents company at events to promote consignment service
  • Partner with private clients, organizations and businesses to develop relationships that result in product acquisition and referrals
  • Recommends budget, expenditures, and appropriations for prospecting and sales efforts in partnership with Regional Director
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 8-10 employees in the Field Sales, Los Angeles Region. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Interview, hire, and train employees by planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Mathematical Skills: ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Reasoning Ability: ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Computer Skills: perform this job successfully, spreadsheet software and Word Processing software; Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current driver's license
