We are seeking a PR Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing the use of the PR collection across different departments in the company and for maintaining the PR showroom(s). The role will be the main contact for press and stylists in the showroom and will be responsible for tracking and reporting our press clippings. The position is also responsible for model fittings, preparations for look documentation for shootings and the coordination between PR, Marketing, Design and Production on these projects. The role requires a dynamic individual, comfortable with managing both internal and external roles and responsibilities. 

The Job is a one year substitute position with opportunity to extend for a further two years and is based in Stockholm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the PR Director in relevant marketing and communication tasks
  • Manage the sample collections
    • prepare and organize the collection for press days, line releases, styling and shootings
    • maintain high level of sample organization, storage and preparation for archiving
    • clear labeling at start of the season
    • ensure timely and cost-effective sample shipping and packaging
    • proactive management with appropriate teams with regards to missing samples, system discrepancies or potential borrowing of samples
    • assist in seasonal press sample ordering
  • Assist (external) stylists with shootings and shooting preparations (look documentation, sample management, shipping, etc.)
  • Responsible for model fittings and model bookings for e-com shootings
  • Set up and handling of the PR showroom(s)
  • Execute product seeding to brand ambassadors and influencers
  • Coordination of collection material (images, text) to press
  • Tracking and archiving of press credits
  • Daily tracking of online coverage

 

Your profile

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in handling and coordinating fashion collections and preparing collections for fashion presentations, press days and photoshoots
  • Structured person with a focused and detail orientated approach
  • Independent working style, committed and motivated multi-tasker
  • Experience of working with stylists preferred
  • Interest and understanding of fashion
  • Casting experience preferred
  • Great skills in xls and ppt
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
