JOB PURPOSE
Management of EMEIA & Americas media strategy, planning and buying.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for delivering market-leading performance against inspiration objectives and KPIs
- Key stakeholder in defining global media strategy and leads localisation of global strategy (in partnership with Regional marketing teams)
- Ownership of budget allocation for key Markets: UK, Middle East, France, Italy, US
- Overseas all media contract negotiations in respective Markets
- Owns relationship with respective media agency partners
- Joint ownership of local media owner relationships, in partnership with Regional marketing teams
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Delivering market-leading media plans, focused on Inspiration
- Increased performance against Inspiration KPIs (eg engagement, innovation, brand heat)
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders: Regional marketing teams, publishers, media owners, etc
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor degree educated, or above
- Minimum 4-5 years media planning & buying experience at brand or media agency (or equivalent)
