In this role, the Analyst will provide strategic analysis to identify and evaluate trends in the business. The Analyst will be responsible for building models, reviewing reporting and making recommendations to increase supply and drive overall growth.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Provide support and departmental coordination for the sales team inquiries, analytics and projects and process optimization
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiencies in base and territory management as well as productivity to drive sales
  • Responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operational activities related to logistics, data and reports 
  • Responsible for delivering accurate and timely sales rep reporting  and functions as an internal technical consultant to HR, sales management and employees to identify and resolve various compensation-related issues/questions
  • Partners with Sales Leadership and BI to provide recommendations on reporting requests to manage key KPIs
  • Build analysis models to identify business opportunities 
  • Assist in driving process improvement programs cross functionally using business metrics and insights
  • Partner with finance to manage sales team commissions processes ensuring accurate and timely payment.

What You Bring To The Role
  • 3+ year's experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Business Planning and Analytics, in a high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience administering incentive compensation plans and quota allocation for multiple sales teams
  • Demonstrates problem solving, decision-making, and process-improvement skills
  • Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills, highly preferred
  • Experience analyzing data/tools/reports to answer sales questions
  • Proficient in Excel and similar data analytics tools 
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand the core operations of sales channels 
  • 4 Year College Degree required (Math, Finance, English, or Management Information Systems preferred)
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Looker, Xactly and Google Suite, highly preferred
