Retail Inventory Operations Specialist

As an Inventory Operations Specialist you will oversee and execute all product handling and movement of inbound and outbound merchandise throughout the shop. Our shops have the exciting complexity of being an omni channel hub, single SKU, and live inventory marketplace. Your part in the store's success is driven by accurate receiving, picking, packing and shipping all orders and merchandise with efficiency. You are detail oriented, strategic and adaptable with experience working in a high volume retail, warehouse, or start up environment.

 

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Manage inventory, receiving and merchandising processes 
• Fulfill online orders by picking, packing, and shipping for all inbound and outbound product needs per company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Participate in weekly shop inventory audits in partnership with our Loss Prevention (LP) team to ensure adequate inventory receiving processes and loss prevention measures 
• Support the customer experience through maintaining shop floor service levels, product levels, and basic inventory merchandising to support the Resales and Visual teams
• Troubleshoot complicated online order issues through creative problem solving 
• Exceed monthly/yearly SLAs of your team and overall store metrics 
• Demonstrate commitment to team collaboration and individual performance to help the store succeed
