Office Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an exciting role for an experienced ambitious team player with opportunity for career progression as the company expands.The Role:As part of a fast-paced online fashion business, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing general office management, maintaining a strong focus on service and elevating standards to the required high level.
- Driving the team to deliver exceptional service to clients, managing customer service team, assisting in the recruiting process as the business requires/ expand.
- Assist team achieving sales targets and ensuring commercial KPIs are met 
- Responsible for resolving day to day office issues such as customer service queries, logistics solutions and listing of online items.

- Be the go-to person for the admin team, finding solutions to everyday issues.
- Liaising with the storage/ warehouse facilities manager and coordinate logistics.
- Oversee customer queries providing updated status reports to management.
- Assisting customers with order enquiries via email and telephone.
- Manage accounts effectively and professionally, resolve any order discrepancies.
- Review and maintain orders through the order management system.
- Proactively communicate issues pertaining to client accounts – to the relevant internal business partners and customer.
- Ideally a strong operations background/ experienced office space function.
- Liaising with Management on new starters and ensuring all IT, desk space is in place.
- Producing and implementing office policies.
- Overseeing the Front of House function.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- In charge of handling customer refunds.
- Order supplies for the office & process payments to partners.
