Watters Designs is looking for a creative and analytical individual to fill our Marketing and Social Media internship position. We are looking for a candidate to aid in driving brand awareness and to grow our social audiences across all brands; Watters, Wtoo, Willowby and By Watters. This intern will have an integral role in curating UGC, content coordination and planning, content creation and copywriting across various channels. A passion and knowledge of social media, trends, and platforms will be key in this role. Having a strong passion for influencer marketing, fashion, and design is a must.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute social media content strategies to meet business goals and objectives, both B2B and B2C, across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest) 
  • Set and measure weekly social media goals - will report on various metrics across channels
  • Work with marketing team to set KPI’s and identify tools needed to measure social media growth 
  • Develop creative briefs for internal campaigns 
  • Collaborate across internal teams on design, analytics, PR and paid social initiatives 
  • Research and identify potential brand partners and influencers - content creators, industry experts and other key players that would aid in our social strategy
  • Work alongside team to assist in content creation - capture organic content for upcoming campaigns and collection launches 
  • Innovate, organize and manage existing social media calendars to scale work
