Head of Creative Brand & Content Marketing (m/f/d)

Aeyde is a digital first, direct-to-consumer brand offering distinctive designs that integrate effortlessly into a modern wardrobe. aeyde’s small, dedicated team is based in the heart of Berlin and all products are manufactured by family owned factories in Italy. Founded 2015, the current team is composed of international people that share the same vision and motivation to help aeyde grow further.

YOUR TASKS

• Define and execute the aeyde’s content marketing strategy across all relevant channels
• Define the yearly and weekly marketing calendar and align strongly with the communications team
• Manage all campaigns on an international level and assure a consistent presence on all channels (eg. Online, Retail, Social, Newsletters)
• Work closely with the creative director and art director on seasonal campaign concepts and assure seasonal content timelines
• Driver of overall marketing projects and “daily business”
• Oversee the monthly and weekly content creation and be the sign of the point
• Define collaborations & partnerships together with communications that push the brand to the next level
• Build up & manage a team of editors, graphic designers, experts, juniors and interns
• Responsible for the content budgeting and controlling
• General business development: spot new marketing trends, movements, etc

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of relevant experience in related fields and preferably in online media, luxury brands, e-commerce
• Academic degree in journalism / marketing / media e.g.
• Excellent skills in writing, well organized and excellent project management skills and a 100% brand fit
• Analytically driven and business-driven mindset
• Proactive & on “top of things” independent style of work
• Strong industry network on an international level
• Proven experience in building and leading a team
• Role model with the ability to motivate and empower your team
• Startup-mentality that acts flexibly
• Loves to travel
• Language: English-speaking and any other language is a plus
