Position Overview
The Analyst, Project Manager, DVC is responsible for providing exceptional support in the delivery & execution of transformational initiatives for the Global Supply Chain. This role is expected to work cross-functionally & collaboratively across all levels of the organization to drive change. The ideal candidate self-motivated, strategic & analytical with proven experience working in a fast-paced agile environment delivering both process & technology transformations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management · Drive execution and accountability within projects/programs through a structured PMO process · Monitor & communicate status in partnership with project leadership & key stakeholders · Promote an agile environment, ensuring quick speed to market while maintaining strategic focus · Create & maintain project management tools including: strategy framework, business case/ROI, project plans, risk trackers, etc · Assist in determining what is important to the business, even in the absence of clear guidelines to move the business forward, enable better decisions, highlight areas of opportunity & risks · Demonstrated ability to deliver transformational change from inception to completion · Be a champion of change Communication · Develop strategic communications to be shared with the Global & Executive leadership teams · Ability to create compelling, clear & powerful stories to all levels of the organization · Prepare and coordinate various type of project meetings (eg. project team meetings, workshops) · Maintain project materials to facilitate change including: team updates, meeting agendas/recaps, internal articles, training outlines, etc. Business Analysis · Utilize data to influence & improve decision making across operational processes · Conduct information research including benchmarking of industry and initiatives · Drive efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes by assisting in analysis and documentation (process maps, metrics, definitions, analytics, information visualization) #LI-CS
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Bachelor's in Business Administration, Strategy or equivalent · 2+ year's experience administering high profile projects with interface to sr. leadership · 2+ years experience in product development, supply chain, fashion or related consulting · Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project (or equivalent) · Strong interpersonal skills w/ the ability to manage complex cross functional projects · Must be self-motivated/self-starter · Ability to develop relationships & work cross-functionally across all levels of organization · Project Management Certification is an asset but not required
