JOB PURPOSE

Working as part of the burgeoning creative team at Burberry in an exciting area of the business, predominately working on the events, experiences, and visual display of in-store executions, you will be working across a wide range of innovative creative projects mixing physical, digital and motion applications. Reporting to the Art Directors in the team, you'll be largely involved in supporting the concepting and executions for visual strategy and display.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury aesthetic, be a dynamic researcher, and be passionate about bringing creative ideas to life. Fitting within a wider creative team, the position requires an in-depth understanding of imagery, composition, and design, as well as a strong ability to innovate and collaborate across departments and marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a cross-functional candidate who has a strong eye with an innate understanding of the luxury fashion sector. A creative who has a 360 approach and is able to think strategically outside of their immediate remit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working on concepts and designs for physical activations, focusing on events and in-store experiences.
  • Following a brief, developing concepts through sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualisation
  • Working collaboratively across the experienced team and the wider CMD department to shape project aesthetic from conception through to delivery
  • Working closely with external suppliers, communicating creative developing samples/final projects
  • Must have the ability to set high level guidelines, demonstrating agility and flexibility to achieve required high-level solutions.
  • Creating and delivering presentations to the highest standard.
  • Meet rigorous deadlines and be flexible enough to adapt to altering priorities.
  • Consistently seek to push the creative for each project, challenging the brief given.
  • Collaborating with production and post-production teams, ensuring that you are conscious of timelines and budgets.


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • A self-motivated and experienced creative with strong conceptual and communication skills coupled with acute attention to detail.
  • Background/ understanding in 3D design - set design, architecture, interior design, sculpture
  • An ability to deliver a high standard of presentation, sketching concepts, and ideas quickly and efficiently.
  • Has a positive, collaborative attitude
  • A passionate individual with a strong luxury fashion sensibility
  • Excellent research and connecting skills. Awareness of current creative trends and innovations.
  • Accomplished in the Adobe Suite, adept at sketching with a proficient understanding of 3D space.
  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor of Arts Degree
