IWC

Main purpose of the function:

To represent IWC and Officine Panerai Maisons in the sphere of Trade & Marketing and Communications for the Maisons retail and wholesale chain, meet the Company's objectives and achieve annual KPIs while remaining consistent with the brand's corporate policies, procedures, and philosophies. To develop and implement strategic plans in order to proactively enhance the brand's visibility.

Job responsibilities:
  • Provide relevant market intelligence and business analysis to facilitate business understanding and decision-making;
  • Develop and set up the Marketing & Communication Strategy and participate to the annual Business Planning Process. Transfer the approved Trade & Marketing & Communication Strategy into a detailed budget and activity plan;
  • Works closely with the retail and wholesale team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives, by providing tools, reports, materials and presentations as well as by developing appropriate in-store events, brand partnerships;
  • Organize and coordinate all local Brand events: product launches, marketing campaigns, partner programs, customer events, retail's events, etc..
  • Develop and maintain media relations. Be the source of reliable brand related information for media. Seek to maximize Brand's positive presence in digital and traditional media channels;
  • Provide key information and analyses including competitors activities to local management and HQ;
  • Manage the local pressroom (press kits, product and event news...);
  • Be in charge of Marketing & Communication reports to Brands HQ.


Trade Marketing
  • Opening of POS in Russia and CIS (project-management, planning, coordinating construction: furniture delivery /installation/ opening, POSM order and decoration)
  • Trade Marketing Budget management, execution and control (Publications, Promotions, POSM)
  • Forecast, deliver and implement PLV materials, Gifts, etc. on time and in line with the existing guidelines and recommendations and with respect to budget allocations;
  • Prepare visual merchandising plans for retail and wholesale in accordance with HQ guidelines
  • Implement visual merchandising activities in line with visual merchandising plan
  • Visual merchandising implementation
  • Management and organization of events (clients, press, trade shows and COOP)
  • Manage and control deliveries of all visual merchandising materials from Switzerland, China, etc.
  • Warehouse effective stock control and POS Database maintenance
  • POSM local production
  • Competitors in-stores activity monitoring and analysis
  • Monthly flash reports to Brand Director on TM activities in both brands


Public Relations
  • Plan and execute all PR activities for the Brand and Brands boutique in cooperation with Boutique Manager and Brand Manager according to the Brand strategy: Launching of collections, Customer events, Press events, Seasonal events.
  • Communicate brand related news like boutique openings, new collections and events connected to the brand externally as well as internally in accordance with set messages;
  • Plan and execute local and global press trips.
  • Ensure regular mailings to the Press of all Brand related information (Press Releases, Press kits, product launches, event news, etc.) and ensure publications.
  • Manage the PR and Communication activities in the area and liaise with the media-buying agency regarding the development and implementation of the media campaigns;
  • Prepare and execute local press releases and get approval of HQ.
  • Increase editorial visibility in all major media.
  • Full organization of SIHH with the Press.
  • Organizing and supporting press shootings;
  • Responsible for proof reading of PR and Media advertisement materials, materials for the website and newsletters.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly PR reports to HQ.
  • Monitoring of the competitors' activities.


Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement digital marketing activation plan across all digital tools and platforms
  • Develop and implement specific projects, tailored to specific assignments e.g. events, partnerships or product launches
  • Work closely with HQ and digital agencies to ensure creativity of content, proximity of message and accuracy
  • Follow performance results and pro-actively propose recommendations for further improvement every quarter
  • Oversee and follow up with the production of all creative materials and ensure that the creative are sent on time
  • Ensure recruitment, management & results of Local Digital influencers


Social Media
  • Develop and implement Social Media strategy suitable to meet our objectives
  • Coordinate implementation of platforms in local Russian language and development of appropriate content.
  • Manage and implement development of creative artwork and liaise with HQ to obtain the necessary approvals
  • Maximize fan base and followership and grow on constant basis

  • Liaise with HQ on the delivery and monitoring of the localized version of iwc.com


CRM

Define and implement the local CRM strategy and cross-channel CRM actions to (a) maintain and manage the client database (b) recruit new clients and increase the yield from existing ones (c) promote and enhance the Client Experience across channels;

Budgets

Manage, respect and control A&P budgets according to the guidelines

Requirements:

Education:
  • Master degree in Marketing/Business Management


Required experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Luxury marketing background
  • Deep understanding of luxury environment, including retail business
  • Experience in CRM development


Technical skills / abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent English as a must, Russian - native
