Key responsibilities

 

Own the ecommerce P&L

  • Develop and manage cost and sales budgets
  • Report on performance to the senior management team
  • Provide weekly forecasts for individual KPIs drawing from sales history, company strategy and current trading patterns, re-forecasting as and when required

 

Trade the Omnes website to maximise revenue potential

  • Actively merchandise the site 
  • Define and implement ecommerce trading metrics and reports   
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive incremental sales
  • Continually optimise the user experience

 

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand

awareness, and acquire new customers

  • Develop and implement a promotional/marketing plan
  • Analyse campaign metrics and take necessary action to continually improve performance

 

Build and lead the ecommerce team

  • Define the team structure, including customer services
  • Recruiting team members    
  • Manage, motivate and develop the team

 

Ensure excellent customer service

  • Develop and monitor SLAs to improve resolution times and customer satisfaction
  • Analyse the root causes of issues and be proactive about finding solutions

 

Website development    

  • Own and implement the ecommerce development plan 
  • Manage third parties as required

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of heading up an ecommerce team and a proven track record of growing sales online
  • Experience of digital marketing and CRM
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience of managing third party suppliers
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated and able to prioritise workloads efficiently, effectively delivering projects according to tight deadlines
