OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a proactive and motivated Logistics Coordinator Courier to join our fast paced dynamic team! The Logistics Coordinator Courier's responsibility is provide support to the logistics functions to our New York Platform. The ideal candidate will be someone who is efficient and reliable, have excellent communication and organization skills, a strong sense of urgency, drive for results and ability to work both independently and with other team mates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely processing of stock transfers into and out of the NY Platform, in SAP, for all sales networks
• Work closely with the Import/Export specialist for all export shipments processed from NY Platform
• Receive from carriers new packages and deliver to carriers all outgoing shipments per existing schedules
• Ensure appropriate packaging for the products being shipped and perform shipments following RNA standards and policies
• Escort visitors in the platform as necessary.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate secure and compliant transport of product with third party agencies and secure carriers.
• Organize compliant transport of products for photoshoots, special events (Met Gala, Oscars, end clients and boutique transfers with third party agencies and secure armored carriers throughout the US
• Constantly communicate with brands and carriers to follow up and inform about any changes
• Be familiar with the Group Transport Directive in order to provide advice to brands and suggest the best compliant transport solution
• Weekend (bi-weekly) and off hours work to process brand requests for urgent transport

PROFILE
• 1-3 years of logistics dispatching/courier & customer services
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and to effectively manage quickly changing priorities.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient PC skills, including Windows, Outlook, MS Word and Excel - Knowledge of SAP a big plus
• Willingness to cross train for additional job functions.
• Willing to work overtime and hours outside normal business hours as needed, based on Customer needs.
