Reporting to the Lead P&O Business Partner for the Studios, as a Senior HR Business Partner you will be part of a diverse and high performing HR team. You will have a direct impact collaborating and engaging with our Studios Works Council, partnering with our Studios leadership team on all people topics including organizational design, employee engagement, employee retention and driving our performance culture.

Reporting to the Lead P&O Business Partner for the Studios, as a Senior HR Business Partner you will be part of a diverse and high performing HR team. You will have a direct impact collaborating and engaging with our Studios Works Council, partnering with our Studios leadership team on all people topics including organizational design, employee engagement, employee retention and driving our performance culture.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Independently coach, enable and inspire leaders by developing trusted professional relationships, acting solution-oriented, taking over challenging topics while remaining composed, patient and positive - even in busy times
- Work with Lead P&O BP, Studios senior leadership team and CoE on improving how we proactively engage and communicate with our Studios Works Council and the wider Studios community. Become the key point of contact for the Studios Works Council by establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with our works council, presenting and consulting them, providing them with needed updates and reports, consult and advise our management team with regards to all questions around co-determination
- Collaborate with our Strategic Employee Relations global team on overarching projects
- Manage and deploy HR projects and lead change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to stakeholders, involving the works council accordingly
- Proactively implement successful people initiatives, e.g. supporting and embedding organizational design topics, growth and performance culture, fostering diversity & inclusivity, enabling leaders to drive greater company performance, smooth and efficient people processes, employee engagement and retention within the Studios
- Solid HR Business Partner experience, including a proven track record of successful project delivery with Works Councils, coaching and challenging business stakeholders
- Ability to draw insights from data and drive a number of solutions-oriented initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of German Employment Law as well as German Co-determination Law
- Direct experience and expertise working together with a Works Council, ideally in an international organisation
- Strong capabilities in the fields of talent management, organizational development, and project management
- Clear and structured communication skills (fluent written & verbal in German and English)
