About the role

The Assistant Merchandiser- Promotions will own seasonal strategies thatmeet or exceed site experience goals through in-season content management andsite analysis. This role will partner closely with the Site and DivisionalBuying Leaders to execute in-season strategies, manage product and categorypages, and provide the customer with a conversion driving product experience.

What you'll do

  • Assist site strategy for the Onlinecommercial promo plan. Align the marketing strategy to site experience inexecuting the levers to drive conversion. Recap site results.
  • Managessite experience strategy for promotional events through navigational mock-ups,marketing flag strategy/placement, & boosting strategy.
  • Continuallyanalyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as itrelates to category and product page content.
  • Reviewthe site experience daily with customer-first mindset and make site updates asneeded.
  • Analyzetrends and historical data at category level in order to manage in-seasonopportunities or risks and make relevant site updates.
  • Understande-commerce environment: proactively seek market knowledge through exposure tocompetitive websites.
  • Developand maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functionalteams.
  • Partner with MerchandiseCoordinators on site maintenance, sorts updates, and content launches.


Who you are

  • BA or equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years of merchandising, retail buying or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Possess customer-centric mindset
  • Strong process orientation and ability to understand system dependencies
  • Adaptable to diverse audiences, environments, and situations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in excel and reporting
  • Experience using data to assess the business and drive decisions
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
