dunhill - Global CRM Intern

(Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

This position will support the Senior CRM Manager in implementing the dunhill Email and CRM marketing strategy globally.

You will be required to assist on a wide range of projects simultaneously, ranging across all areas of the Digital & CRM portfolio.

CRM CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
  • Support the team with the preparation, production and review of automated email and CRM campaigns
  • Assist in email marketing
  • Coordinate & assist client marketing requests from markets and other teams.
  • Coordinate operationally the fulfilment of loyalty development tools by markets (digital catalogue, eDMs, cards etc.)
  • Assist lead generation & segmentation for CRM campaigns & retail clienteling
  • Assist in preparing guidelines for campaign implementation


CLIENT INSIGHT
  • Master the local tools & excel for lead generation
  • Support business with actionable data insights and reporting
  • Assist in lead generation, email performance analysis, data capture report, CRM dashboards and client insight


DATABASE MAINTENANCE

  • Assist in data cleansing & de-duplication
  • Coordinate data capture initiatives & program


COLLATERAL CO-ORDINATION

  • Prepare and process Purchase Order and Invoices
  • Assist in competitor analysis and industry trends


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • A graduate with desire to gain experience within CRM, digital and luxury retail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong excel skills and a highly analytical approach
  • Ability to work with deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent team player - tenacious, confident & energetic
  • Knowledge and understanding of the luxury menswear market
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload
  • Enthusiastic team player who is also able to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously
  • Results-driven, proactive and highly motivated
  • Strong focus on execution and rigorous implementation
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and good presentation skills
