Peter Millar - Customer Service Specialist
Based in Milton Keynes, UK
How will you make an impact?
You will be the first point of contact, answering queries from international customers via phone and web
You will receive and collate information on product orders, to process them onto our system
You will liaise with the sales manager and operations manager in the ordering of stock process
You will remain in close contact with our clients, confirming quantities ordered, pricing per garment and embroidery instructions
How will you experience success with us?
You will have excellent communication skills and phone manners
Your high attention to detail, time management and ability to prioritise will ensure you are extremely efficient
You will be confident to speak to a wide range of customers. You will enjoy the enriching diversity this brings
