The goal of the Luxury Consignment Office (LCO) Coordinator is to oversee and support the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by managing the product pipeline; this is done through processing all inbound and outbound product, coordinating with the Experts and Client Manager to have product priced in a timely manner, and facilitating product shift between offices. Additionally, the Coordinator will work in partnership with the warehouse and Sales Teams to ensure product movement and handling is seamless. 

This position is based in our  LCO office and will report to the Senior Client Manager.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Product Processing & SLA Management:
  • Manage all inbound and outbound Luxury Consignment Office (LCO) product by receiving, bagging, tagging, and locating each item.
  • Partner with warehouse and Client Manager teams to ensure LCO product seamlessly moves through the pipeline.  
  • Organize and ship all approved products to the Ecommerce Facility.
  • Report and monitor LCO SLA daily; proactively report on potential breaches to ensure the team meets the daily goals. 
  • Receive and confirm the accuracy of Vendor product and template; partner with Client Manager to meet the Vendor SLA.
  • Receive and confirm the accuracy of remotes from transferred locations.
  • Track and report end of day SLA and pipeline highlights to the Client Manager.
  • Communicate potential extended SLA to Sales Team Members with consignments of over 40 items.

 Operations: 
  • Oversee the return of un-consigned items while maintaining brand standards.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound mail and packages sent to the Luxury Consignment Office.
  • Maintain and enforce the organization of LCO product within safes, vaults, and colored bins.
  • Partner with Loss Prevention to conduct weekly cycle count and communicate pending consignments to Client Manager.

 Consignor & Brand Experience:
  • Resolve any consignor or Sales Team concerns about the LCO product.
  • Assume the role of the Client Manager or Concierge when necessary, including completing drop-offs and front of house operations. 
  • Answer Zendesk Tickets when directed by Expert Operation to help clear out blowout sales.

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Operations experience preferred
