Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst, Ecommerce
Summary: Business Analyst, Ecommerce is a key position supporting the digital organization and reporting to the Director of Ecommerce. The candidate will play a key role in driving the digital business with data, while partnering with multiple stakeholder teams to create and manage reporting and performance metrics. The ideal candidate must have strong self-motivation and demonstrate exceptional customer focus, drive for results, and attention to detail. This candidate must be comfortable working with large sets of data and using critical thinking/analytical skills to unlock key actionable insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Measure, report, and analyze key performance and business indicators across Stuart Weitzman's digital properties and activations
- Create, implement, and automate Ecommerce dashboards/reporting as well as determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including detailed performance by region
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business drivers, trends, and drive execution opportunities
- Analyze site traffic and consumer behavior for business insights to support business decisions and deliver both improved customer site experience and business growth
- Partner closely with Director of Ecommerce to identify business growth opportunities and provide key support on special growth initiatives
- Provide marketing and site optimization recommendations based on data analysis

Skills and Abilities Required
- 1-3 years of work experience in similar role and/or environment
- Passion to drive business decisions with data and analyses
- Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite, including experience with advanced Excel reporting and functions such as expertise in pivot tables and advanced formulas/functions for large datasets
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast paced team environment
- Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience analyzing web or digital marketing metrics
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams in a team environment
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing about data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education and Experience Required
- Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
- Previous experience with Google Analytics including but not limited to developing custom reports/dashboards, creating segments, applying custom dimensions, analyzing audience demographics, and user behavior/acquisition
- Experience with A/B testing design, execution, and analysis
- Ecommerce Planning and/or Merchandising experience is a plus
- Experience with statistics or advanced modeling is a plus
- Experience with reporting or data visualization software is a plus (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with other programming languages / platforms is a plus (e.g., Python)
- Experience with predictive data modeling is a plus
- BA or BS degree
