ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY SHHHOWERCAP’S CEO and Inventor is seeking a professional, resourceful, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to serve as her dedicated right hand and gatekeeper. This role’s key focus is streamlining and optimizing the CEO’s workload and schedule, doing whatever it takes to make the day-to-day and upcoming week easier and more efficient. This person will also be responsible for managing our Soho HQ/showroom and assisting with project management across a wide variety of business initiatives. This person should have experience in a similar function at an established organization. The right candidate has a great attitude, incredible problem-solving skills, unstoppable drive, professionalism, organization, prioritization skills for days.     • Support CEO by staying updated on all daily priorities and tasks, ensuring timeliness to meetings/appointments
    • Assisting with longer-lead company projects and hiring/onboarding all new team members
    • Support the entire organization by organizing and leading meetings/outings, internal activities and office celebrations
    • Oversee team processes by providing meeting minutes, regularly checking-in with department leads, and supporting projects as needed
    • Managing the operation of SHHHOWERCAP'S Showroom/HQ
    • Welcome visitors, vendors, and clients to the office
    • Coordinate with outside vendors to book appointments and maintain regular communication
    • Proactively manage calendars, anticipate and resolve any scheduling conflicts
    • Print daily calendar overview and applicable documents each morning; provide updates/schedule changes throughout the day
    • Handle confidential documents with discretion; facilitating and manage the distribution of NDAs to outside business partners and potential new hires
    • Conduct research on projects as-assigned
    • Coordinate with outside vendors to book appointments and maintain regular communication
    • Assist on ad hoc tasks as needed
