Job Title: Associate Manager / Coordinator, Digital Marketing - Canada & Outlet
Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Global Email & Mobile Marketing, the Associate Manager of Digital Marketing will support the growth of the Canada & Outlet business with a focus on the email channel - one of the most important business drivers at Stuart Weitzman - through flawless execution of the email marketing campaigns
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the execution of the Canada & Outlet marketing campaigns from beginning to end - from daily design/development, to audience building, scheduling, testing and reporting
- Work closely with ESP to optimize performance and improve strategy
- Make recommendations to continuously improve our email templates, personalization and advanced features
- Partner with Email Marketing manager on a testing roadmap; conduct A/B tests to improve email KPIs
- Partake in the creative briefing process, ensuring briefs are submitted in timely manner and that they provide clarity in terms of terms of messaging and creative needs to meet business objectives
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of email linking strategy to .com landing experience
- Analyze and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly and annually, to build improved email messages for increased engagement and conversion
- Assist in the execution / updates for the triggered email program; make recommendations for additional triggers and customer journeys
- Assist in Digital Marketing execution needs for Outlet
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and techniques
- Research and stay ahead of digital innovation, exploring new digital opportunities and formulating proposals for how they can be leveraged.
- Stay abreast of competitive behavior and trends
Skills and Abilities Required
- Prior experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building, scheduling & coding emails
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
- Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast paced team environment
Education and Experience Required
- 1-3 years Email marketing or ecommerce experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
