PR Assistant

Totême is looking for a PR Assistant to join the team in Stockholm. As PR Assistant you will be part of the communications team, assisting with press requests, sample handling, coverage reporting, and press site admin.

The role

• Help manage and build relationships with lifestyle and fashion teams from key media titles
• Coordinate and manage product loans and returns from international media
• Own the sample management system, Fashion GPS, ensuring samples are tracked and managed accordingly
• Manage sample handovers from the production and wholesale teams 
• Manage seasonal sample inventories, as well as ensuring samples are kept in good condition 
• Send past collections back to the warehouse and create inventory
• Manage inbound press inbox and ensure opportunities are forwarded to the right teams
• Assist with media image and price requests
• Maintain and continuously update the press site, ensuring relevant contacts have access
• Work with the creative team to secure high-res imagery for the press site, uploading assets and adding credit and pricing details
• Track and source coverage to compile a monthly press report with editorial clippings for internal circulation
• Order Totême bags, tissues and boxes for send-outs
• Assist the PR Manager with brand ambassador gifting initiatives through research and courier send-outs

Your profile

• A degree in PR/Marketing, Communications or related discipline (preferred)
• Experience working or interning with an in-house fashion PR department
• Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle media
• Knowledge of VIPs, influencers and social media
• Knowledge of fashion GPS (preferred)
