We are looking for a PEOPLE (HR) Manager to join our Braveheart team based in SOHO Works in White City, London.

This is a unique opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture in our brand-new start up business.

Braveheart was launched in February and works in partnership with Heartland.

In this standalone position, you have the full autonomy to set the direction for the future of PEOPLE at Braveheart. Working closely with, and reporting into the Managing Director, you will gain full exposure into the business. Supporting a team of 20 you will form honest and trusting relationships with our business leaders and colleagues.

THE COMPANY: 

Braveheart International Limited is a fashion company about to launch a brand-new sustainable fashion brand, and holding responsibility for a large fashion organisations own brand website. Our focus is on the future of fashion as a sustainable and forward-thinking industry, and therefore we want to drive a culture to match this mindset.

THE ROLE:

  • Strategic lead and driving force of Braveheart’s PEOPLE Plan.
  • Proactively assess team, leaders and organisational development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions focused on growth, including talent development, change management and team building
  • Implement growth management strategies to support the teams development through feedback, coaching and individual development plans.  
  • Manage and facilitate the engagement survey,  supporting our leaders in successfully taking action on teams results.
  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies that hire for culture add and not just fit
  • Understand and assist the outsourced provider with payroll and pensions
  • Provide expert advice on ER issues
  • Improve and enhance PEOPLE policies and procedures in line with the business needs
  • Use your HR expertise to share best practice and design innovative solutions to drive an entrepreneurial culture and enable strong business results.
