MAIN PURPOSE

Assist teams to monitor the visual merchandising quality, through PLV ordering, stock controlling, guideline implementation, special setup arrangement and event on-site support, in order to keep up a high standard and globalized store image in China Specialists' network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1

> PLV ordering & HQ theme Implementation ( HQ + Local )
  • Assist team to prepare shop opening PLV and visual merchandising set up.
  • Ordering and maintain sufficient PLV stocks and material with in warehouse
  • Preparing PLV order chart regarding to headquarter VM News (seasonal / animation) and consolidate all CHINA order for RID
  • Follow up and arrange necessary shipment for local development PLVs and RID PLVs
  • Provide necessary supporting documents to SH warehouse and Shipping dept.
  • Implement & optimize VM institutional/seasonal animation in boutiques and specialist by region.
  • Monitor and liaise with relevant parties on animation installation and delivery schedule. (Local supplier, commercial, marketing, PR dept. etc.)

> Assist to visit and control specialistVM matters:
  • Assist team to handle specialist VM relevant matters by region, e.g. PLV orders, sales accessories orders.
  • Visit and control specialist VM, and provide onsite training quarterly.
  • Supervise store managers on display rotation and adjustment.
  • Liaise with local supplier on hoarding graphics, light box and iconographies' proposal, production and installation schedule.
  • Liaise with marketing and commercial dept. on new specialist opening VM plans.
  • Manage specialist opening display and provide the onsite training for store staffs
  • VM report and defect report summary require after all store visit.


  • Key responsibility 3

> On-site support VM/event setup
  • Control the implementation of VM setups by local contractors, and display onsite.
  • Maintain a good filing system and stock storage system, to ensure all project materials are properly kept with clear and easy tracking, VM News, sample board, mockup photos, and completion report.
  • Liaise with local contractor to follow up the inspection report
  • Consolidate completion photos and submit VM Report to HQ VM

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience, previously experience in luxury industry is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree or above, art and design related majors, strong design sense;
  • Pro-active, detail-oriented and with strong ownership of work
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent English, good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willing to travel frequently.
