Position Summary:

The successful candidate will support the store, concession and outlet teams in their day to day operations and ensure consistency in processes, working cross-functionally across channels to ensure optimisation of retail opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with commercial actions deployment, follow-up and analysis
  • Contribute to presentations and reports on performance and on new projects
  • Collate and analyse store, concession and outlet performances, sell-thru’s, bestsellers and staff KPIs
  • Assist with commercial initiatives, in-store events and store openings
  • Assist the team with operational objectives and day to day management of stores
  • Ordering of uniforms, stores supplies and tools
  • Calculating sales commissions and incentives, tracking of team rota and leaves
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and consistency of all operational standards
  • Support the stocktakes
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure information is both distributed and implemented amongst the retail/concession/outlet teams, the wholesale team, the training team, the retail operations team, and the stores

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as Retail Admin
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness with a keen interest in the fashion retail industry
  • Ability to liaise with staff cross functionally
  • Ability to prioritise a demanding, workload and manage time effectively
  • Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude and a ‘can do’ approach to challenges who thrives under pressure
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent command of English language - verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
