Global Planning Manager HUGO (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated person to strengthen our HUGO Business Unit as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Actively steer merchandise performance by ensuring that collection development and stock levels are based on consolidated and validated budgets & option plans of regions/hubs
• Define planning and trading guardrails to assure one aligned demand plan for all channels and regions based on financial top down targets, aligning budgets from finance & hubs (RET & WHS)
• Review and approve buying and TPR budgets for the all channels
• Ensure an increasing share of an effective, global and market-driven retail buy
• Align with Global Outlet Planning, strong partnership role
• Define guidelines for allocation, replenishment and season end sales
• Define and execute global standard BU reporting and provide merchandise performance analysis
• Direct Report into Global Merchandise Planning lead, flat hierarchies, agile & transparent decision taking
• Dedication to personal development/ common career path planning
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Controlling and/or Merchandise Management/ Planning
• Strong analytical skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial figures
• Efficient time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to think and react in a fast-paced business
• Solution and implementation focus
• Team-orientation
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP (AFS/ Retail)
