Position Overview
The Vendor Master Data Governance Analyst contributes to the daily operations of the Material and Merchandise Vendor Data Governance Department in collaboration with the Master Data Governance Team. This position will have tactical responsibility for material and vendor data maintenance, analysis, cleansing and the reporting/metrics that support these processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process/reject vendor setup/change requests according to established policies and procedures, while ensuring the quality, integrity and confidentiality of vendor information. - Work with cross-functional stakeholders including Accounts Payable, Legal, Treasury, Procurement, and Taxation to understand functional and regulatory requirements for vendor master data governance procedures and protocols to support those requirements. - Monitor vendor master database through quality audit reports and analysis to ensure data accuracy and relevance. - Incident management for Material Master related issues. - Process Material IDocs; analyze and resolve for any issues. - Assist in Customer Catalog issues to include issue troubleshooting and resolution. - Provide data, reporting, and analysis which may result in the determination of best practices, procedural changes. - Document policy, procedures, internal controls and job aides.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to organize workload and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time - Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization - Analytical with strong attention to detail - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Ability to interact with business and IT resources to facilitate resolution of data related issues - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
