Within the Retail organization, you will report directly to the Team leader Retail Operations and be responsible to drive operational excellence in all Stores/Shop-in-shops/Outlets of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Within the Retail organization, you will report directly to the Team leader Retail Operations and be responsible to drive operational excellence in all Stores/Shop-in-shops/Outlets of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
What you can expect:
Support stores
- Daily contact person between stores and head office for all store operations related topics;
- Perform investigations into any issues found and find solution with relevant stakeholders;
- Create access to relevant systems for store staff;
- Check and support store stationary orders to ensure an efficient service, source new suppliers when needed and monitor the stationary costs.
Communication
- Take ownership of the quality and consistency of the communication flow between head office and stores (e.g. updating Retail Newsletter, Retail guidelines and Trading Calendar).
Process & Projects
- Analyze & review current business practices to ensure stores are effectively utilizing systems, standards and processes to meet business needs;
- Implementing new processes and procedures according to business demands;
- Involved in Omni-channel and actively drive the topic in the market (e.g. incentives, new features);
- Be the contact person for selected pilot projects in the market.
Reports & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze direct customer feedback;
- Support the Head of Retail in ad hoc requests (e.g. reporting and analyzing key statistics on business performance, presentations and incentives for store teams).
Your profile:
- A relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree (university bachelor is a definite plus);
- Experience from a similar position in retail operations and/or working in a store is a plus;
- Strong analytical, organizational and numerical skills combined with close attention to details;
- Extensive communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment;
- Good general understanding of retail environment and systems;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English;
- Computer literacy, especially with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Understand and represent the brand values;
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated. Shows ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company targets;
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to conitnually improve;
- Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
