Your Opportunity
The Product Assistant will join Gucci Design team and support Ready To Wear Print & Silk Accessories team managing all administrative and secretarial activities. The new joiner will support our Design Coordinator to plan and carry out all daily activities.

Job Description

How you will contribute (key accountabilities)
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and factories to guarantee that prints and sketches are developed in different variations and in a timely manner
  • Support in checking the purchase invoices and in sending out the related payment confirmation
  • Manage collection prints
  • Reorganize fabrics archives and HD files to be shared with Design team and factories
  • Coordinate with Women's Ready to Wear Design Team and Product Development Team on the collection volumes
  • Handle requests of files and fabrics from the different Gucci Divisions


Things That Should Be in Your Background
  • A previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge in fabrics and print techniques
  • Good organization skills and high attention to details when completing a task
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
