CONTEXT

We are looking for someone to lead all operational activities related to Customer Payment Services across all Richemont businesses worldwide.

You will be in charge to build and develop strategic supplier relationships and ensure they are effectively managed and contractual conditions and Service Level Agreements are adhered to establish efficient Customer Payments operational processes and procedures in compliance with evolving regulatory and business requirements.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

By being the focal point for all operational matters related to Group Customer Payment Services, in particular with respect to strategic supplier management and strategic projects & initiatives.

You will ensure that the newly acquired businesses are integrated into existing Richemont Group contracts and Payment Services structures; Establish and implement operating procedures including supplier on boarding, KPIs and management of supplier performance, etc.

You will conduct 'knowledge sharing' and 'feedback gathering' with key stakeholders and serve as escalation point; Manage and evolve Customer Payments Business Rules and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements (3DS, PSD2, GDPR, PCI, Scheme rules); Monitor execution of Group anti-fraud strategy and manage operational meetings and KPI reviews, etc.

You will engage with key internal stakeholders (Maisons, Regions, Functions) to drive operational excellence across the Group Customer Payment Services Value Chain.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Finance or Business with a University Degree or MBA diploma is preferred.

You have proven track record managing global operations including supplier management & global contracts with strong project management skills, PMP certified preferred.

You have sound knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and knowledgeable in creating BI reports for all types of audiences up to CXO level.

You are passionate and knowledgeable about new e-commerce & mobile technologies with strong sense of responsibility, and the following skills: self-starter, well organised, good planner, able to work independently, meet deadlines, analytical mindset and good problem solving skills.

You are an excellent communicator and fluent spoken and written English (any other language is considered an asset).
