Job Details
We are looking to hire a new role for Lily and Lionel, with the number one goal being to improve our social media presence and significantly increase followers specifically on Lily and Lionel's Instagram.
We need celebrities, VIP influencers and potential customers wearing, posting and talking about Lily and Lionel to drive the brand forwards and create global awareness, broaden our community and generate e-com sales.
The candidiate for this role should be strong, driven, tenacious, and look for the open doors.
KPI’s:
- Increase Instagram followers significantly
- Increase engagement on posts & build our community
- Collaboration opportunities for Lily and Lionel with other brands
- Grow relationships with key celebrity stylists
- VIP Outreach via DMs & subsequent gifting opportunities from above outreach
- Organise interviews with influencers/influential women wearing Lily and Lionel for social content
- Manage social media to include the IG grid and potential IG Story themes. To be signed off with the founder, Alice, on a weekly basis.
Daily responsibilities:
- Responsible for long-term relationship management of Lily and Lionel influencers
- Work on setting up opportunities for collaborations and partnerships
- Manage IG grid & stories daily
- Put together a weekly format for the social content with daily themes
- Work closely with wider Lily and Lionel team on the marketing calendar to identify key gifting opportunities
- Plan ahead to suggest upcoming opportunities for future events
- Manage the social community - respond to comments, DMs and be actively engaging with relevant people
- Seek out opportunities for the brand – e.g. trunk shows, members club promotions, reciprocal database collaborations etc. thinking outside the box
- Identification of future influencers to target
- Finger on the pulse to determine the next big influencers
- Select appropriate influencers that align with luxury womenswear and the Lily and Lionel polished brand aesthetic
Targets:
- Raise Instagram following by 10% each month
- Increase engagement to 200+ likes on each post
- Repost images/stories 1-2 times a day
- Share stories
- Post stories every day
- Keep things moving and progressing all the time
- Constant activity
- Integration of Influencer Strategy in Social Media Strategy
- Responsible for the growth and acceleration of the IG channel, measured by KPI's
