IMPORTANT: This is a 6-month contract role (renewable) to support the Regional HR team
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Be our internal communications strategist to communicate business objectives and deepen employee engagement through the various communication channels
- You will cultivate and foster an engaging and inclusive working environment through Richemont Employee Engagement & CSR activities
- Ensure that the proper onboarding and offboarding of our employees are well managed with professionalism
- Support the HR Team with various administration and projects execution
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You have a clear passion in Human Resources with 1 - 3 years of experiences (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also possess a strong sense of urgency , problem solving skills and a great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, responsible, proactive and positive attitude
- The team enjoys collaborating with you because of your responsible, positive mindset and 'can do' attitude
