JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand Content Executive will assist on developing necessary China-relevant content, including but not limiting to the implementation of marketing communications campaigns, seasonal campaigns, Press and Social, Ecommerce, internal showcases, for Cartier China.

MAIN PURPOSE
- Implement the local communication with high quality production assets
- Being a bridge for both internal and external(with agency and production house) communication
- Close following up with Cartier HQ Content team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Key responsibility 1 -Support on content development
- Assist in developing content to support various social projects, campaigns, and events.
- Implement Cartier social content
- Provide onsite support.
- Coordinate with HQ content team on various content acquisition, adaptation and request the local needs.

 Key responsibility 2 - Internal & external communication
- Maison internal: MKT product team, merchandising team, EC team, Boutiques, legal team and HQ Communications & PR team
- Richemont internal: Logistic team, security team, accounting team, legal team
- External: PR agency, shooting vendors, creative agencies

 Key responsibility 3 - Admin
- Contract follow-up, SAP PO/VIM PO/vender code creation
- Follow up of Legal & Compliance work process
- Work with HQ & local financial controllers for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly budget reporting
- Archive released content
- Time and budget sheet filing.

DIMENSION:

 Headcount supervised: 1
 Experience : 1 to 2 years' Experience, Social Agency or client side
 Chinese Mandatory, English Mandatory, French is a plus
 Having Knowledge of luxury Masion
 Internal contacts:
 Strong functional line of reporting with Brand Content Development Manager
 Work closely with Media, product marketing, commercial, SDP&VM, CRM & ECommerce teams, HQ Brand Content team
