To support our Sales Planning department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an

INTERN INTERNATIONAL SALES PLANNING (M/F - 100%)

The Sales Planning department is responsible for all the topics related to sales monitoring, budget planning, pricing and reporting. Data analysis is the motor of the department. In this position, you will support our Sales Planning team through the preparation of various analyses and documents for decision making and contribute to the successful distribution of our watches.

Start: January 2021

Duration: 6 Months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support in developing and completing various weekly and ad-hoc reports/analyses related to sales activities for internal purposes as well as for Richemont management
  • Key focus of special KPIs like Sellin, Sellout, SOSI, stock coverage
  • Support the pricing analyst in the monitoring of the worldwide product pricing
  • Development of various presentations for the management team
  • Exchange on daily basis with the local IWC teams in the distribution entities
  • Contribution to various sales projects such as continuously improving our reporting tools


YOUR PROFILE:
  • Currently enrolled in or completed Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, business or finance
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and reliably on various projects
  • Appreciation for and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to deal with a large work load and prioritize the importance of tasks
  • Resilient, dynamic and a team player personality with a pro-active and curious attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Written and spoken fluency of English is required, German and French knowledge is a plus
