We are looking for a Manager Global Brand & Business Development BOSS Menswear (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Performance of a holistic business development for all wearing occasions, channels and regions in order to contribute to the overall company targets
• Identification and implementation of key growth areas that are interlinked with the brand strategy to ensure profitable growth as well as improved brand desirability
• Development of the brand strategy in close collaboration with Head of Global Brand and Business Development BOSS Menswear
• Ensure a global, market-driven positioning of the BOSS brand
• Close collaboration with markets to identify regional growth opportunities and imbed them into the global framework
• Initiation and active involvement in cross-functional projects
• Support (product) innovation and related processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, fashion management or comparable
• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, brand management and/or brand/business development in a fast paced environment
• Ability to understand and abstract global trends and market requirements
• Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Keen perception and business acumen
• Profound verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient lever user with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
