Position Summary: 

Responsible for managing the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and media plan for EMEA; leading coordination of marketing campaign planning and reporting to drive alignment across regions and cross-functional departments, while developing and executing the media strategies for EMEA maximising marketing campaigns ensuring optimal brand exposure.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define marketing strategies and activations for all major brand, product and retail moments to drive brand marketing activities with a forward thinking approach
  • Focus on in-store and retail marketing amplifying opportunities with retail partners
  • Plan, manage and improve campaigns, measuring results and ROI
  • Leveraging information and data to drive strategic campaigns, proactively proposing new marketing ideas and activations
  • Alignment with the buying team to plan optimized timing of actions/pushes
  • Build a robust and daily communication stream with the commercial teams so as to develop and execute plans that answer our commercial objectives
  • Collaborating with creative and specialist teams, leading and inspiring integrated ideas to ensure maximum impact for all existing brand platforms
  • Manage and execute day to day marketing activities
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams on planning and execution of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment of the regional marketing plans with global marketing strategy
  • Media planning and collaboration with relevant agencies
  • Ensure focus and alignment for all marketing activities
  • Management of the brand marketing calendar
  • Development of seasonal guidelines for specific initiatives, channel planning with teams
  • Develop potential partnerships with key people /companies around the stores, such as concierges, restaurants etc
  • Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans
  • Support in management of brand collaboration
  • Regional budget management - ensure all campaigns are forecast correctly and delivered within budget
  • Monitoring of marketing budget with monthly reviews of spend/projected spend

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years marketing experience, luxury retail background preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong team player

  • Highly proficient with MS Excel and Power Point
