As the Ecommerce Warehouse team-leader you have strong people management skills and you are responsible for leading a team of people in a fast growing environment to provide excellent customer service for the European Ecommerce operations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You manage a team of approximately 10 people in the daily operation of inbound, outbound and customer returns, respecting both brands as well as Richemont regulations and procedures. During peak times you will manage a larger team of +/- 20 people.

Using you improvement mindset, you will deliver client centric results with a focus on development areas.

​ To contribute to team success you: ​

  • Deliver operational KPIs in line with policies and procedures

You will be responsible for the daily operations in line with Richemont Policies, guidelines & local legislation and HR framework.

You will ensure operational procedures for both physical flows and systems are correctly applied, this includes ensuring stock integrity and managing layout solutions.

You will ensure delivery of KPIs agreed upon with Maisons & Ecommerce.

You will to develop daily, weekly and monthly indicators for the team to monitor and improve performance, working closely with other team-leads and the Logistics Operations Manager.

  • Ensure correct planning and staffing

You will make certain correct staffing and organisation is in place in consultation with the other team leads to meet business requirements This includes planning and workload execution to optimise resources and ensure targets are consistently met.

You will organize the preparation & planning of recurring activities such as inventories and peak activities such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day.

You must anticipate staffing numbers, profiles and operational needs for new projects and services whilst ensuring the correct management of holidays & sick leave, making sure business needs are delivered.

  • Manage, motivate and develop teams

You will set targets aligned to KPIs and Logistics roadmap. Defining and implementing training for current/new/temporary roles.

You will hold regular performance reviews with the team working on individual development plans and coaching as appropriate.

You will ensure high levels of engagement within teams, with a can do attitude.

  • Business Partnering and Continuous Improvement

You act as first the point of contact for problem resolution or escalations accordingly. You will work with other support functions such as IT and HR to solve issues in case of day to day problems.

You work with teams & other logistics colleagues to build a problem solving & continuous improvement mind-set which is data driven.

You will establish and maintain good contacts with other departments, developing internal relationships to ensure business partnering approach with direct contacts.

  • Health & Safety & Security and CSR

You will support the Operations Manager on all initiatives and implementation of CSR, Security and Health & Safety.

You will thrive for the highest standards on these topics to ensure Employee Wellbeing and impacts on Environmental and Social aspects.

You will ensure employ engagement and active participation in these elements.
