WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
BRAND
  • Brand Strategy: Creation of a brand positioning framework including brand promise, brand character as well as goals and strategies to increase brand recognition.
  • Brand Measurement: Definition of relevant brand KPIs including brand tracking and making recommendations for actions in collaboration with the Market Research team
  • Brand Consistency: Creation of new- and updating of existing brand consistency guidelines in close cooperation with the creative departments as well as ensuring compliance with various touchpoints.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the face, voice, and advocate of the Zalando Lounge brand by being an excellent networker and raising brand awareness across departments hence enabling stakeholders to make brand fitting decisions.


CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
  • Press materials: You support the central Corporate Communications team in the creation of press material for your business unit such as press releases and interviews and ensure that the facts are up to date and correct.
  • Wordings: Creation of ad hoc wording proposals for several communication channels for external communication in line with global guidelines.
  • Networking: Build an excellent network to the internal departments and advise on strategic communication issues across all functions.
  • Interface: You are the point of contact for all questions about company related facts and figures.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • at least five to seven years of professional Brand Management experience, ideally in the fashion industry or in a fast pacing e-commerce set-up
  • profound knowledge in creating and driving brand strategies and related topics independently
  • proven track record in the execution of brand strategy projects and brand campaigns
  • experienced in tracking brand metrics and conducting brand research in collaboration with analytics teams
  • confident in managing cross-functional processes and stakeholders independently
  • a plus would be experience in corporate communications and social media
