Our returns operation in Porto is responsible for receiving, controlling and placing our returned items in stock. Here we make sure that the customers that return items get quickly refunded and that those items are available for sale again in perfect condition and in record time. We are looking for a Junior Returns Specialist to perform tasks related to receiving, controlling and processing orders of apparel.

What You'll do:

  • Receive returns from our partners and customers;
  • Control the quality of the inbound items and classify them accordingly;
  • Process the outbound shipments to our 3rd Party Logistics provider as well as our charity partners;
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all movements in our systems with high levels of stock accuracy;
  • Support the management of the performance of our 3rd party logistics provider towards continuous improvement of their compliance to SLAs.


Who You Are;

  • Experienced in order management, data entry and follow-up;
  • Experienced working in a fashion environment preferably managing returns;
  • Experienced in quality control activities preferably working with textiles;
  • Experienced with ERP, POS or WMS software managing order or stock movements;
  • A good communicator, able to learn new tasks quickly;
  • Focused, rigorous with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Professional, reliable with a flexible attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure in difficult situations;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English is a requirement (written and spoken).
