The goal of the Luxury Consignment Office Coordinator is to organize resources on behalf of the department, ensuring processes are executed to a high standard while increasing productivity and consignor satisfaction. This role will support the back-of-house operations; inbound and outbound, completing all administrative tasks, maintaining service level agreements, and communicating with our internal partners. A key focus for this position is to oversee the production pipeline, including data management, logistics, and inventory control. This position will report directly to the Client Manager.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Organize delivery of inbound product from the sales team and in-person appointments 
  • Receive and locate all consignments into our operating system 
  • Communicate with internal partners on any adjustments or clarification needed on consignments
  • Maintain deadlines in our service level agreements 
  • Oversee logistics of outbound shipments or transfers to our eCommerce facility or returns to consignors. 
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date in our client management system 
  • Assume responsibility for loss prevention and safety guidelines within the location, including the organization of space. 

What You Bring To The Role
  • Verbal and written communication for understanding production requirements and explaining these needs to employees and consignors. 
  • Experience in customer service is a plus 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and time management on multiple tasks, sometimes at once. 
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism 
  • Ability to problem solve on any challenge or inefficiencies to gain the best results 
  • Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met.
