The Role:

"Amaze Customers" is one of the main values of Farfetch. As such, our strategy of having local specialized teams around the world has been growing very fast. Understanding Farfetch Partners as important Customers, this strategy takes on a greater importance and, in line with it, we have created Partner Success teams in different markets, namely, US, Japan, APAC, Russia and Brazil.

The benefit of having local teams in different markets is clear, however, this adds extra complexity in terms of management and alignment needs. With these challenges in mind, we are creating a new global department from scratch to support the international markets, from strategic to tactical levels, aiming to address both local and global development needs and challenges at the same time.

You will be responsible to support the development of this new department, having the opportunity to liaise with different people and cultures around the world. Once this department is in place, you will work to map out the main opportunities and pain points of each market and execute improvements, always in partnership with local managers.Lastly , you will provide support to your manager in the Partner Success strategy alignment between local and global teams. This is, beyond doubt, a very exciting and challenging opportunity, giving you the possibility to navigate from strategy to operations and from planning to execution.

What you'll do

  • Manage international projects from a global perspective
  • Advocate for international teams in global projects and issues
  • Perform diagnostics of opportunities and challenges in international markets
  • Ensure process consistency within the markets around the world
  • Train international teams within new tools and process
  • Support the global vs local strategy definition


Who you are:

  • 5+ years experienced in B2B partner/account management environment;
  • Background on project management;
  • A professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization;
  • Independent, self-sufficient, and also with strong negotiation skills;
  • Resilience will be crucial;
  • Fast learning ability;
  • Capable to multi-task and shift focus as required, with an excellent sense of prioritization and timing
  • Disciplined and organized;
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for process optimization;
  • Fluent written and spoken English - C level;
  • A professional with advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills;
  • Experience in and knowledgeable of E-commerce Operations;
  • A professional with an understanding of luxury customers (is a plus);
