Für unseren Hauptsitz in Schaffhausen suchen wir einen
PRAKTIKANT AUTOMATISIERUNG GANGRESERVEMESSVERFAHREN
(M/W/D - 100%)
In dieser Position sind Sie für die Industrialisierung und Optimierung eines Prototyps zur Bestimmung der Gangreserve von Automatikuhren verantwortlich. Das serienreife Gerät soll schlussendlich in der Endkontrolle zum Einsatz kommen und dort die Qualitätsprüfung effizienter gestalten.
Start: März 2021
Dauer: 6 Monate
IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH:
- Projektleitung, Sicherstellung der Termine von internen und externen Lieferanten sowie Kontrolle der Projektkosten
- Auslegung und Konstruktion des automatisierten Prüfstandes zur Ermittlung der Gangreserve
- Machbarkeitsanalyse sowie Auftragsbesprechung mit der internen Fertigung und externen Lieferanten
- Erstellung von LabView und C++- Programmen
- Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme des Prüfstandes
- Dokumentation des Prüfstandes
IHRE QUALIFIKATION:
- Student/-in oder Absolvent/-in mit technischer Vertiefung
- Programmierungskenntnisse in C++
- Erfahrungen in CAD und Dimensionierung
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse, Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil
