Recruiter - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of our success! The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving people problems and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture. This role is all about bringing on the best employees and maintaining our culture as we grow crazy fast. This role will interact daily with candidates and business leaders across the company, with a focus on operations. This person will be a key member of the team focused on hiring top talent into the company while also managing multiple projects to support The RealReal's strategic initiatives.

This position is located in Perth Amboy, NJ and will report to the Recruiting Manager.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Build relationships and partner with business leaders to develop results-driven staffing strategies that meet current and future talent acquisition and development needs.
• Develop, implement and manage a proactive recruitment search and sourcing system to target, identify and source internal and external candidates.
• Source, screen interview, and recommend top talent for all positions including junior through mid-level professionals.
• Coordinate interview processes, properly preparing interviewers and ensuring a positive experience for the candidates.
• Build applicant pool by researching community events, college career fairs and diverse internet sources.
• Initiate background and reference checks, as well at drug tests.
• Extend offers of employment.
• Provide status reports, metrics and other information as requested for executive updates and status reporting.
• Partner with the People & Places team and follow up with new employees to ensure a positive on-boarding experience.
• Proactively learn and demonstrate an understanding of the Company's industry and business.
• Serve as a trusted and respected member of the People & Places team.
• Other projects as assigned.

What You Bring To The Role

• 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Knowledge of Google desktop products (G-Mail, Calendar, Hangout, Drive).
• Experience with ATS systems or willingness/ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in fashion or technology industry a plus.
• Successful track record in "closing" either in a recruiting capacity or sales capacity.
