In Content Solutions Tech, we are building content creation tools of the future to support Zalando in becoming the starting point of fashion. The team is responsible for the suite of products and integrations which enables our many users, both internal and external, to create inspiring and informative product content for our Fashion Store.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams to define a business strategy and a data strategy
  • Developing and executing the mid- & long-term product vision while collaborating with engineering leadership to ensure that as a team you deliver high quality and high impact products
  • Establishing a repeatable framework to test the rollout of new content through A/B testing, rapid experimentation, or other analytical methodologies
  • Relentlessly in pursuit to make the lives of your users and end customers better. Along with UX and engineering team, executing innovative solutions which don't just deliver business impact and but also great user experience
  • Getting things done, challenging the status quo and instinctively knowing what the critical success factors are and changing complexity into clarity


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You consistently demonstrate mastery of product management tools and methodologies and you are a role model and a mentor to fellow colleagues.
  • You have owned the medium- and long-term vision and development roadmap for products. You have a strong business sense and a passion to solve the right problems by working closely together with stakeholders, product managers and engineers.
  • You can structure any problem and explain it to anyone. Getting up to speed on complex processes is a piece of cake for you. You break them down to their components and do not get lost in the details. You find the biggest opportunities and best solutions fast and reliably. You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to make your product better
  • You can bridge the gap between business and technology. You can moderate workshops and user groups. You know how to assess the competitive environment and how to use data to influence decisions. In addition to outstanding verbal communication, you are used to writing vision documents, concise decision documents and know when to use a whiteboard to bring your point across
  • You want to have an impact by effectively managing conflicts and priorities, in thinking creatively and being solution-oriented. You enjoy driving continuous improvement and innovation. You are an effective sparring partner to your engineering and UX counterparts
  • You engage, inspire and lead cross functional teams
