SALES ADMINISTRATOR

High-end contemporary brand seeks Sales Administrator to support our operations team. The Sales Admin is responsible for providing wholesale customer service to our domestic and international accounts. This position will work closely with our Sales and Finance teams, both internal and external. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, be detail oriented and highly organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry & Allocations
  • Main point of contact for order revisions, stock orders and assist with in-season orders as needed
  • Organize and enter orders in RLM
  • Allocate orders, generate pick tickets and submit to warehouse for processing
  • Send order confirmations to customers and sales team
  • Follow up with sales team regarding discrepancies, missing information, dropped styles
  • Customer Service
  • Generate and track return authorizations and credit memos
  • Provide customer support to wholesale accounts, respond to requests for order status, shipping status, tracking information, etc
  • Troubleshoot issues with wholesale orders and customer connections in Joor
  • Work with Sales reps to get orders approved in Joor and exported to RLM
  • Assist Logistics Manager and Senior Logistics Coordinator with other projects as needed

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be detail and task oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize responsibilities around deadlines
  • Contribute to positive and productive team culture
  • Prior experience with ERP software.  RLM experience is a plus.
