ABOUT THE TEAM
As a Customer Care Trainer with a focus on communication- and behavioral training, you are responsible for the delivery of learning and development solutions to our Customer Care teams. You develop our specialist from a wide variety of nationalities and for 17 European markets and provide advice and guidance to our external partners' trainers.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Deliver great soft skill trainings across all communication channels to new hires and existing Customer Care employees (on site and virtual)
  • Ensure an effective learning environment by using a variety of adult learning methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices
  • Work closely together with the instructional designer team to support the continuous improvement of training concepts and creation of impactful soft skill training videos with timely and constructive feedback on the concepts
  • Maintain detailed records of conducted training, participant lists, feedback, follow up activities (e.g. update training materials & videos) etc. as base for the targeted optimization of training concepts, performance and processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Min. 3 years of practical experience in conducting soft skill trainings in english and german, ideally in the customer service industry, understanding the service proposition and the underlying processes and employee tasks as a base for impactful training
  • Excellent training facilitation and presentation skills and experience with various training software applications, to conduct also virtual training and are diligent to collect and implement feedback on your trainings
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and willingness to travel
  • Put yourself in your customers shoes combined with a "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial attitude and excellent collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams
