As a Senior HR Business Partner dedicated to our Central Functions team, you will be part of a diverse and high performing HR team. You will have a direct impact working with our leaders on all people topics including organizational design, employee engagement, employee retention and driving our performance culture.
  • Independently coach, enable and inspire senior leaders by developing trusted professional relationships, acting solution-oriented, taking over challenging topics and always remaining composed, patient and positive - even in busy times
  • Proactively initiate and lead HR projects and changes in all areas, e.g. driving organizational design topics, leveling up talent management, supporting leaders to drive company performance
  • Use zBeat, our internal employee survey, as a steering tool to actively maintain and strengthen the health of our teams by regularly analyzing the results and translating them into actionable initiatives with the leadership team
  • Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through a strong understanding of how talent fits into the business strategy and how to develop talent
  • Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with leadership
  • Draw insights from data to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business
  • Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to stakeholder
  • Relevant business partner experience, including a proven track record of successful project delivery, coaching of senior leaders, and working in a fast paced environment
  • At least 5 - 6 years professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international company
  • Strong capabilities in the fields of talent management, organizational development, and project management, an independent and reliable way of working, with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and solutions development required
